Gate River Run

So lately my roommates and I have vowed to come up with an exercise plan and stick to it. I have to say up till this point it has been a pretty easy task. We do a little bit of Cardio three times per week, a yoga and abs class. Since all this working out I have decided to start training for next years Gate River Run ... I had planned on running in this year's 5K but my grandmother had to have her 80th birthday that weekend! ahhh I guess I can't blame her. By next year I will be back in Jacksonville most likely and this should be an awesome accomplishment! I am excited to start training
